Who is this training for? +
This training is for qualified teachers and educators who want to teach IB or Cambridge curricula at the examiner standard — either as tutors on the Sev7n platform or to strengthen their professional profile for IB World School positions. You should already have teaching experience in your subject area. This is not a beginner teacher training — it is a professional development programme specifically focused on the IB framework, assessment, and methodology.
What is the fee and what does it include? +
The fee is ₹9,999 + 18% GST (₹11,799 total) per programme. This includes 10 hours of structured live training on Sev7n LMS, all session recordings, access to the batch WhatsApp community, the final assessment, and the Sev7n Certificate of Completion issued on passing. There are no hidden fees or additional charges.
When does my batch start? +
Batch dates are not fixed in advance — batches are formed once sufficient enrolments are received for each programme. After you enrol and fill the application form, your batch start date is notified via WhatsApp within 7 days. We aim to start new batches every 4–6 weeks. If you need training urgently for a specific reason, mention it in your application form and we will prioritise where possible.
Is the certificate recognised by IB schools? +
The Sev7n Certificate of Completion is issued by Sev7n IB Tuitions as evidence of structured professional development in IB methodology. It is not a qualification issued by the International Baccalaureate Organization and is not affiliated with the IBO. IB World Schools have their own hiring criteria — the certificate demonstrates initiative and structured IB professional development, which is valued by IB school HR teams, but it does not guarantee employment. We are transparent about this because we believe you should enrol based on genuine value, not false promises.
Will I get tutoring assignments on Sev7n after completing the training? +
Certified Sev7n Educators are added to our active tutor roster and contacted when student requests match their programme and subject. The volume of assignments depends on student demand in your subject — subjects like IB Economics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics have the highest demand. We do not guarantee a specific number of assignments, but we commit to considering you first for relevant student matches. Most certified tutors receive their first assignment within 4–8 weeks of certification.
What is the refund policy? +
Fees are non-refundable once batch materials and LMS access have been shared with you (typically within 24–48 hours of the batch start date). If you need to defer to the next batch before materials have been shared, contact us via WhatsApp and we will accommodate the transfer. Can I take more than one programme? +
Yes — you can enrol in multiple programmes. Many educators who teach across PYP and MYP enrol in both. Each programme is priced separately at ₹9,999 + GST. There is no bundle discount currently, but educators who complete more than one programme are eligible for tutoring assignments across all completed programme levels.
How is the training delivered? +
All training is delivered live on Sev7n LMS (lms.sev7n.co.in). Every session is recorded and saved to your account — you can replay any session as many times as needed. Sessions are scheduled to suit the time zones of the batch cohort. You will need a stable internet connection, a laptop or desktop, and a willingness to participate actively — IB methodology is best learned through discussion and application, not passive listening.
