Sev7n's refund policy is straightforward: The free demo class has no charge. Tutoring packages are refunded pro-rata for unused sessions if cancelled within 7 days of purchase. Teacher Training fees are non-refundable once batch materials are shared. Consultation fees are credited against tutoring if you enrol within 30 days.
The first demo class is free. There is no charge and therefore no refund applicable.
If you purchase a tutoring package and request a refund before any sessions have taken place, Sev7n will issue a full refund within 7 business days, provided the request is made within 7 days of purchase.
Once tutoring sessions have commenced, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions only. Used sessions are charged at the per-session rate for the package purchased. Refund requests must be submitted to sev7nib@gmail.com.
The 45-minute consultation session is non-refundable once the session has taken place. If you need to reschedule, do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time by contacting sev7nib@gmail.com. The session fee is credited in full against your first tutoring package if you enrol within 30 days of the consultation.

If a session cannot be completed due to technical issues on Sev7n's side (platform outage, tutor technical failure), the session will be rescheduled at no cost to you and will not be counted as a used session. If technical issues are on the student's side (internet connectivity, device failure), the session is treated as a cancellation per Section 2.
All payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are returned to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, UPI). Processing time depends on your bank — typically 5–7 business days after Sev7n initiates the refund. Razorpay's payment gateway fees (approximately 2%) are non-refundable on cancelled transactions.
