Terms & Conditions | Sev7n IB Tuitions

By booking a class or purchasing any Sev7n service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. Key points: demo classes are free with no commitment; paid packages are non-refundable after sessions begin; Teacher Training fees are non-refundable once batch materials are shared.

1. About Sev7n

Sev7n Ubiquitous Private Limited ("Sev7n") provides online tutoring services for IB, Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge A Level, SAT, and AP curricula. Our registered address is Gurugram, Haryana, India. Contact: sev7nib@gmail.com.

2. Services

2.1 Free demo class

Sev7n offers a free first trial class ("demo class") for new students. The demo class carries no obligation to purchase further sessions. One free demo per student per subject. Sev7n reserves the right to decline demo bookings at its discretion.

2.2 Tutoring sessions

All tutoring sessions are delivered online via Sev7n LMS (lms.sev7n.co.in). Sessions are conducted 1-on-1 between the student and an assigned Sev7n tutor. Sessions are recorded and stored on the student's LMS account. Sev7n does not share tutor contact details (phone number, personal email) with students or parents.

2.3 Teacher Training Programme

The Sev7n IB Educator Training Programme is a 10-hour professional development programme for educators. The certificate issued is a Sev7n IB Tuitions certificate — it is not an IB Organization qualification and is not affiliated with the International Baccalaureate Organization. Completion of the training does not guarantee employment or a specific number of tutoring assignments.

2.4 IB Pathway Planning Session

The paid consultation service (₹2,999) provides a 45-minute advisory session with a certified IB educator. This is an expert advisory service — not a tutoring session. The consultation fee is credited against the first tutoring package if the student enrols within 30 days.

3. Booking and payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Sev7n does not store card details.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. GST is charged at 18% where applicable.
Session bookings are managed by Sev7n's team and confirmed via WhatsApp. Students contact Sev7n to schedule, reschedule, or cancel sessions — Sev7n does not share tutor phone numbers.
Sev7n reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Confirmed bookings are honoured at the price paid.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

Student cancellation: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited unless rescheduled within the same week.
Tutor cancellation: If a tutor cancels a session, it is rescheduled at no cost to the student and the session is not forfeited.
Rescheduling: Students may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours' notice via WhatsApp.
No-shows: If a student does not attend a confirmed session without notice, the session is forfeited.

5. Intellectual property

All materials on sev7n.co.in, lms.sev7n.co.in, and tok2022.com — including text, images, video content, and session recordings — are the intellectual property of Sev7n Ubiquitous Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Sev7n content without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Sev7n provides tutoring support — we do not guarantee specific examination results or university admission outcomes. Our tutors are experienced educators who teach to the relevant curriculum standard, but final results depend on many factors outside Sev7n's control. Sev7n's liability is limited to the value of sessions purchased.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

8. Changes to these Terms

Sev7n may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always at sev7n.co.in/terms-and-conditions/. Continued use of Sev7n services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
