2. What data we collect
Data you provide directly
- Contact information: Full name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number
- Educational information: School name, year group, subjects, curriculum (IB, Cambridge, SAT, AP)
- Payment information: Processed by Razorpay — Sev7n does not store card details. We receive payment confirmation and Razorpay payment ID only.
- Teacher applicant information: LinkedIn URL, years of experience, examiner status (for Teacher Training applicants)
- Communications: WhatsApp messages, emails, and form submissions you send us
Data collected automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, browser type, device — via Google Analytics (anonymised)
- UTM parameters: Source of your visit (Google Ads, Meta Ads, tok2022.com referral) for marketing attribution
- Session recordings: Video sessions on lms.sev7n.co.in are recorded and stored for students to replay. Only the student and their assigned tutor can access recordings.

- To contact you about your demo class booking and tutoring enquiry
- To create and manage your account on lms.sev7n.co.in
- To send WhatsApp messages via Interakt regarding your bookings, batch dates, and training confirmations
- To process payments via Razorpay
- To manage our lead pipeline in Zoho CRM
- To send promotional communications — you can opt out at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or emailing sev7nib@gmail.com
- To improve our website and marketing using anonymised analytics data
4. Who we share your data with
We use the following third-party services that process your data on our behalf:
- Zoho CRM (Zoho Corporation, India/US) — lead and customer management
- Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited, India) — payment processing
- Interakt (Jio Haptik Technologies Limited, India) — WhatsApp Business API messaging
- Google Analytics (Google LLC, US) — website analytics (anonymised IP)
- Google Ads and Meta Ads — advertising platforms. Conversion data is shared for ad optimisation.
- Make.com — automation workflows connecting the above services
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
5. Data retention
- Lead records: Retained in Zoho CRM for 3 years from last contact, then deleted unless you are an active student
- Student records: Retained for the duration of your enrolment plus 2 years
- Session recordings: Retained for 12 months from recording date, then deleted
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority

8. Children's privacy
Many of our students are under 18. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13 without parental consent. When a parent or guardian submits an enquiry on behalf of a minor, the contact data collected belongs to the parent/guardian. Student session recordings on our LMS are accessible only to the student, their assigned tutor, and Sev7n administrators.
